Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping is free for orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We currently ship only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The usual delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks, including the time for payment processing and shipping. A Swiss Post tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

If the customer has supplied incorrect shipping information, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any product once it has been delivered to the address provided.

Shipping time frames are estimates and can vary depending on your location. These do not include delays caused by postal services, busy periods, incorrectly supplied addresses and any other delay outside of our control.

RETURNS POLICY

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

If a product does not meet expectations or has defects, it can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery. After this period the sale is considered irrevocable and we cannot accept the return or offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Note that some discoloration of the polyurethane foam is normal. It is typically due to oxidation (e.g. from sunlight), the production process (cutting of the foam), and the zipper of the cover touching the foam. Discoloration doesn't affect the function of the product, is not toxic and doesn't cause any harm. Therefore, discoloration of the foam in the normal range does not typically constitute a reason for return.

RETURN PROCESS


To complete a return, please send us an email to hello@hoppadi.ch with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Return reason

  • Pictures of the defect if applicable

Returns can only be accepted with prior notification by email. All returns are at the buyer's expense and risk. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we are not liable for loss or damage during transit of any item being returned. An exchange also requires payment of the shipping fee to re-ship your order.

 

All items must be returned in appropriate packaging to protect the product and using a trackable courier service. Lost packages will not be refunded. 

 

We do not assume any liability for damage caused by improper use of the items purchased. If your product is returned showing signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reject the refund or exchange request and will provide you with the option for us to send the product back to you at your expense or dispose of the product with no refund provided.

REFUND

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

If you are approved for refund then the refund will be processed via your original method of payment within 30 calendar days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed, especially if the order has already been processed with our warehousing or logistics partner and/or it has already been shipped.

This includes changes to shipping information (including delivery address), items ordered, applying any discounts, or cancelling the full order.
